By placing an order with ABloom Floral Boutique, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Designer’s Choice & Substitutions

All of our bouquets and arrangements are designer’s choice. Each piece is custom-made using fresh, seasonal flowers available at the time of design. We do not replicate exact arrangements. Variations in flower types, colors, and design are natural and part of our creative process.

Orders & Payments

Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise stated in writing. Orders are considered confirmed only after payment is received.

All Sales Final

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Cancellations & Changes

Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed once flowers have been purchased or design work has begun. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.

Delivery & Pickup

For deliveries, ABloom Floral Boutique is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer, recipient unavailability, or issues once the order has been successfully delivered.
For pickup orders, responsibility transfers to the customer once the arrangement is collected.

Flower Care & Longevity

We are not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery or pickup, including but not limited to exposure to extreme temperatures, lack of proper care, or environmental factors.

Events & Custom Orders

Event and custom floral orders may require additional agreements, deposits, and timelines. Specific terms for events will be outlined separately in writing.

Liability

ABloom Floral Boutique is not liable for any allergic reactions, damages, or injuries resulting from the use or handling of floral products.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our website, social media, or directly with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

At ABloom Floral Boutique, each arrangement is custom-designed and created using fresh, seasonal flowers. Color variations, flower substitutions, and design differences are part of our artistic process and are not considered defects.

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will be happy to review your concern.
